Returns

 

Process:
1. Fill in the added return form and clearly specify the reason for return.
2. Place the items with their original tags and the return form in the reusable pouch.
3. Send the parcel to:

Save your tracking information until we confirm your return.

Please note:
Items may be returned within 14 days after receiving the order.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the package.
Returns must be made using the Bring service or by handing in the return physically in store.
We do not accept returns via services such as POSTNORD or HELTHJEM.
